- What time do you close?
- 2am, every night of the week, including holidays. We open at 9am. That is the full window Alberta permits, and most shops nearby close at 10pm.
- How old do I have to be?
- 18. Alberta's legal cannabis age is 18, the lowest in Canada. Bring government-issued photo ID every time, no matter how old you look. We check.
- Can I order online for pickup?
- Not yet. For now, call (403) 452-8850 and we will put something aside for you, or just come in. Someone answers the phone until close.
- Do you deliver?
- No. We are a walk-in shop. If you are nearby, parking is free and on site.
- Is the menu on this site live?
- The menu shown here is a sample. Stock changes daily and the shelf is the source of truth, so call ahead if you are coming for something specific.
- How do I know how strong something is?
- Every product lists a THC range rather than a single number, because that is how Canadian packaging works. A flower listed 18-24% could test anywhere in that band. Start low if you are unsure, especially with edibles, which are dosed in milligrams and take up to two hours to come on.
- What payment do you take?
- Debit and cash. Bring ID regardless of payment method.
- What is the difference between indica, sativa and hybrid?
- Less than most people think. The labels describe the plant's lineage, not a guaranteed effect. Terpenes and dose matter more. Tell staff what you want out of it and they will point you at something sensible.
- Can I return something?
- Cannabis cannot be returned or exchanged once it leaves the store, which is provincial regulation rather than shop policy. If a product is defective, bring it back with your receipt and we will deal with it.
